Delete your account

You can delete your Pipita account and your data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it by email.

In the app

• Open Pipita and go to the Account tab.
• Tap Delete account (the red button at the bottom) and confirm.

This permanently deletes your sign-in account, your profile, and the pets, reminders, appointments and completion history that belong to you. It cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to hi@pipita.app from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and the data we hold for it, including the photos and documents you added, and confirm by email.

Good to know

• If you share a pet with other people, deleting your account does not delete the data of pets that belong to someone else.
• Anonymous usage statistics are linked to a random account ID, not to your name or email. You can turn them off in the app settings, and you can ask us by email to delete them too.
